 Our farm philosophy is based on the strategies that worked for American family farms prior to WWII. During this historic period farmers provided our nations families with high quality meat, eggs, vegetables and grains. Farmers grew what their soil was adapted to and saved the seeds each season for next years crop.  We are proud to carry on these traditions and are committed to preserving America's farming heritage The nutrition, taste and keeping qualities are superior to those of today's commercial varieties. At S&L Farm we grow these heirloom vegetables as well as native pecan, pear, plum, and apple trees. Our Poultry is raised outside, the sheep are grass fed, and vegetables are not treated with poisons or genetically modified.
