At S&L Farm we are passionate about producing
the finest quality poultry, eggs, and vegetables without damaging the environment with pesticides and chemicals. All of our livestock have been Animal Welfare Certified and are living in appropriate natural environments- free range and green pastures! We follow the guidelines established by the Label Rouge program in France, which far exceeds the USDA Organic requirements for poultry and eggs.
S&L Farm is a member of Local Harvest, Chefs Collaborative, NC Choices, Franklin County Farm Fresh and Goodness Grows in NC. We have worked with chefs from Mez,Vivace, Muro, and Bonefish Grill .

Session II CSA open to new members. Please send us your subscription by May 15 2009. Session II runs from July 18-Sept.19. Use the Contact Form to request a subscription packet.
Pick locations are the Farmers Markets above, and Kohl's in Wake Forest on Wednesdays from 5:30-6pm.
LOCAVORE DINNER- May 16 in Louisburg, NC 5:30pm-7:30pm featuring a picnic style dinner and bluegrass music .
Come celebrate local farms and their wares at our 2nd Annual Local Foods Dinner, featuring celebrity chefs from the Triangles finest restaurants! Pastured chicken, beef, and chevon, organic veggies, locally produced cheese, fresh strawberries and shitaki mushrooms are just a few of the items our chefs will highlight. Tickets are $12.00. You can purchase them at our Farmer's Market stalls, via email, or on the Farm Tour. All proceeds benefit the Franklin County Farm Fresh program. Bring lawn chairs or blankets, enjoy our local cuisine and listen to the sounds of bluegrass music performed by the Doc Branch Band.
